I’m Leanne, founder of Be Wild & Well.

After more than a decade in teaching, I experienced firsthand the impact of burnout and the need for deeper balance in my life. My journey through healing, ADHD, and sobriety led me to the transformative power of nature and sound.

Be Wild & Well was created to share these practices - offering sound baths, guided walks, and bespoke wellness sessions that support wellbeing, reduce stress, and help people reconnect with themselves and be part of a community.
